Surrounded by family, associates and representatives from the Swartz Creek Area Chamber of Commerce and West Flint Business Association, Jodi Blackburn wields the ceremonial scissors to snip the ribbon at The FURlough dog daycare and pet resort Tuesday. The chamber and association teamed up to sponsor the ribbon-cutting to officially welcome the new business to town. There’s even a small boutique with unique gift items for pets and pet-lovers.
